Reportage Photography is the style of photography which tells the story of the day. In the past wedding photography has been the standard, bride, groom, mum and dad static shots, then move on to grandparents and so on; what reportage photography does is it gives a feel for the whole day from start to finish, capturing candid shots of the wedding party and your guests interacting and enjoying the day naturally. This one of the most popular styles of photography that we provide here at Tom Pollock in Cheshire throughout the North West including Manchester, Liverpool and Derbyshire.
The advantages of reportage photography is that it allows you to get on with your day and not be dragged around here and there, having to worry about making sure you get a picture of all of your guests. We will take photos all day, aiming to capture the big moments and the ones that you as the bride and groom are not privy to, the guest meeting each other and families coming together en mass for the first time.
